Most items are handmade to order at our factory in Delta, BC, Canada. We strive to ship all orders within 10 business days (Monday to Friday, excluding holidays), but some items, such as King Futon Mattresses, Mattress Foundations and Custom Foam, may take longer. Others, such as pillows and toppers, often ship in a few business days.
Many products (all mattress toppers and most mattresses 6" thick or less) are shipped vacuum-packed. Therefore, please exercise caution when opening to avoid damage.
Shipping Charges
What is curbside shipping? The shipping company will deliver the item to your home, but they won't go inside your home or enter common areas found in multi-family dwellings. (eg. Apartment lobby or to a floor in a Condo building). If you live in a very rural area or on a remote island, it may only be possible to deliver to a depot in the nearest town.
We can ship to the Canadian Territories and USA upon request. Please get in touch with us for a quote.
White Glove Delivery
What is white glove delivery? The delivery company will deliver the item inside your home and into the room of your choice within reason. White Glove delivery and setup is available for most areas in Metro Vancouver. Please contact us to confirm service availability to your area.
Customer Pickup
All orders can be picked up free of charge from our Delta factory. We will notify you by email or phone when your order is ready for pickup. No contact pickup is available upon request for smaller items.
Delivery Times
Our projected delivery times below combine the average manufacturing lead time with the estimated transit times given by our freight partners. The delivery times are not guaranteed delivery dates. Remote areas may see reduced services and longer than posted times.
