Most of our products are made to order in our local facility and we strive to ship them within 5 business days (Monday to Friday excluding holidays) of receiving the order.
Sofas, Cabinet Beds and Adjustable Bed Frames ship 3-5 weeks from the time of order.
Some products are shipped vacuum packed (all mattress toppers and select 6" mattresses). Please exercise caution when opening to avoid damage.
Shipping Charges
Shipping charges, if applicable, are found below. White glove delivery is free for all Organic Mattresses delivered to addresses within Metro Vancouver. Floor models do not qualify for free shipping.
The posted shipping rates are for curb-side delivery of individual items shipped via a common courier such as Canpar, Day & Ross, UPS, Straight Express and Canada Post. The total shipping cost may change for orders with multiple items and can be calculated in the shopping cart. If you live in a remote location home delivery may not be possible. In those cases we will ship to a depot in the nearest town or city.
Please note, we do not accept online orders for items being delivered to the Canadian Territories and USA. Please contact us for more information.
White Glove Delivery
White Glove delivery and setup is available for all addresses in Metro Vancouver. Please contact us for more information. Extra charges may apply.
Customer Pick Up
Orders can be picked up free of charge from one of two convenient locations in Metro Vancouver (Vancouver and Delta). Some large, heavy items may only be available for pick-up from our warehouse. We will notify you by email or phone when your order is ready for pickup.
